Opened an incident

As suggested, opened an incident at IBM ESR to raise priority to fix that issue asap. I strongly invite everyone suffering from that issue to do the same.
We are heavily relying on Domino LDAP for authentication in 3rd party systems, so moving to NSL and thereby starting an Internet password maintenance nightmare is no option for us. Not mentioning other issues with blackberry/iphone/iNotes ID based mail encryption which rely on passwords stored and synchronized in the ID Vault ID copies.
